It all starts with the raw materials. Hams are sorted, trimmed and hand selected within exact specifications.  This reduces the variance in ham size and makes the ham more consistent in quality and flavor.

This spiral-cut ham is fully cooked and ready-to-serve. If you wish to heat the ham, the USDA recommends pre-cooked hams be reheated to an internal temperature of 140.  Preheat oven to 325 F.

Remove all packaging materials before heating. Place ham, cut side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Tent ham loosely with aluminum foil.
Roast at 325 until thermometer register 140, about 14 to 19 minutes per pound.  Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
I checked my 6 pound half ham with a meat thermometer after 1 hour of cooking and it was only about 95 degrees.
Serve immediately!
