1 - Large Red Bell Pepper chopped
1 - Large Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
1 - Large Orange Bell Pepper chopped
1 - Medium Zucchini chopped
1 - Package Pederson's Wenzel Bierwurst Sausage
2 - Cloves of Garlic Pressed
1 - 16 oz. Package of Bowtie Noodles
¼ cup - Olive Oil
4 tbsp - Minced Red Onion
1/8 tsp - thyme
1 tbsp - parsley flakes
While Pasta is coming to a boil, combine all three kinds of bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, and sausage in a good size skillet and sauté until vegetables are tender.
While the vegetables and sausage are sautéing, combine in a separate bowl, olive oil, thyme, and red onion.
Once the pasta is tender drain off the excess water and add to the skillet along with the parsley. Toss the vegetables, sausage and bow ties with the dressing in the skillet. Garnish with cherry tomatoes cut in half
This can be topped with grated Asiago cheese.
