Ingredients
- 1 lb package of Pederson's Natural Farms bacon

Cooking Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Do not preheat your oven. Arrange bacon slices on the foil and place the baking sheet on the center rack. Close oven door and turn oven on to 400°F.
- Let cook for 17 minutes and as soon as the bacon is golden brown, it's done. There is no need to cook bacon until it is crispy unless that is what you like best. The exact time will depend on how quickly your oven reaches the target temperature.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Transfer the bacon to another pan lined with paper towels to absorb the fat.
